Together As One is a Merseyside-wide campaign which shows how people, communities and organisations are working in unity to improve safety and prevent and reduce serious violent crime.

Our aim is to show Merseyside will not and does not tolerate serious violent crime. We also want to showcase some of the brilliant projects and initiatives – and the amazing people – who are changing things for the better.

Over the past year, serious violent crime has reduced by more than 36%, in the areas identified as hotspots for ASB and serious violence.

In some areas, it’s down by as much as 50%.

And we are determined to drive it down even further.

Together we are creating a safe, stronger Merseyside, where communities are free from violence and the fear of violence.

We also want to empower individuals and communities to be part of this change, improving safety across our region and building better, brighter futures for all.

Because we know violence isn’t inevitable, it’s preventable.
